We all have a set of guardian angels who help us to make the most of our Earthly journey by sending us surprises and joyful memories through their ever so magical angelic signs… one lovely such sign being in the form of numbers. They usually appear in groups of three. They could also appear as a split number like 2202 which is 222. 

Here are Some amazing angel numbers with a special message from the Universe.

111- The best of them all isn’t it? As i am writing this it is actually 11:14 am. Wow ! So 111, is a great great time to manifest your dreams. Go for the thing that you desire, follow your heart and fulfil that goal because your guardian angels are supporting your decision all the way. Take the lead, do the course, say sorry, just go for it. You are right on track !

222- This number is a confirmation that you are going to get what you deserve. Hold on patiently, plant the seed, keep moving towards your goal, be very positive and have faith. It’s all going to work out.

333- This number is a very unique number because many times we slacken in our faith procrastinating whether the idea to do what we want to is correct or not. Well, 333 is a reminder that be optimistic about your path it can be anything… a relationship, career, family, wealth.. anything. Just keep the flow going, and have patience. The universe does have your back.

444- Well, one of my favourite angel numbers ! 444. Our angels keep a close eye on what we do how we do things and so on. 444 is a great support system when we feel low or lacking confidence in something. It is a reassuring number and it’s here to tell you that  your angels are right there to help bring those blessings to you.

555- It is transition time.  A new phase. A new beginning. 555 indicates a major change in life. Moving into a new house, a new venture, a new relationship, a whole new you. Your dreams that you have worked hard on are finally coming into fruition. Exciting isn’t it?

666- The number six denotes balance, beauty and integrity. The number calls for a balance in all situations. A balanced diet, a balanced family life, balanced emotions and so on. It can also be letting go of something that is not serving you. So keep a watch on the 6’s… when you know it’s here, start flattening the curve by balancing it out. Be positive and know that you need to rethink the situation.

777- 7 is a lucky number. It denotes a lot of good fortune, a lot of surprises and good memories. When you see 777, be rest assured that something magical is going to happen. A windfall of wealth, an interview call, a gift from your loved one and so on. The number is all about abundance. But remember, if you spread the abundance around, you will get it back multifold so be generous. 

888- 888 is another number for good fortune, abundance and being happy. When you see this number, remember to have only positive thoughts and affirmations because what you think is going to manifest. So make sure its light, cheerful and happy. 

999- Time to let it all go. When you see this number, remember to let go of things that are not serving you. Do your meditation, write that release letter, don’t carry the stress on your shoulders, your angels will help you to let go…just make sure you call on them. A Sense of Gratitude

Gratitude is a way for people to appreciate what they have instead of always reaching for something new in the hopes that it will make them happier, or thinking that they can’t feel satisfied until a physical or emotional need is met. Gratitude helps people refocus on what they have instead of what they lack. And, although it may feel a little off at first, this mental state grows stronger with use and practice.

Here are some ways to cultivate gratitude on a regular basis.

Write a thank-you note. You can make yourself happier and nurture your relationship with another person by writing a thank-you letter expressing your joy and appreciation of that person’s impact on your life. Send it, or better yet, deliver and read it in person if possible. Make a habit of sending at least one gratitude letter a month. Once in a while, write one to yourself. It just makes you feel more confident ! 

Thank someone mentally. No time to write? It may help just to think about someone who has done something nice for you, and mentally thank the individual. Pray for that person and thank them with all your heart. It will reach the person. 

Keep a gratitude journal. Make it a habit to write down thoughts about the gifts you’ve received each day, about the love and compliments you received, about the great make up that person said you had or even the amazing nail colour she complimented you on. It just lightens your mood and picks you up.

Count your blessings. Make a blessings box. Pick a number from that box every day and write down the number of blessings you get. For example you pick up the number 3 write down three blessings you received ! I am blessed to have a pretty face, I am blessed to be have a great set of friends…. I am blessed to have such adorable pets !

Meditate. Mindfulness meditation does wonders! It keeps you calm, your mood gets elevated and you are happier the whole day 🙂 

Making Today Count

How many of us actually appreciate the day we have today ? How many us truly believe In the vast potential in what can be achieved in a whole day…

It is so important to be grateful and cherish each day as it comes. The beautiful sky, the birds, the lights, the breath of fresh air, the green trees, the food, the shelter, the abundance that we have been blessed with. 

An easy and effective way to make life easy and more happier is to start a gratitude journal. Every day waking up and writing down ten things you are grateful for can really bring a huge difference in the energy of the day. You feel good, you look good you transform and spread happiness. 

The energy that you are will definitely be out there in your environment so let’s try and keep it as simple and full of life as possible. 

The ultimate goal of life is to be happy and be in a state of bliss at all times. With daily affirmations, meditation, excercise, mindfulness and lots of water one can really transform their lives and achieve their goals. They can become hugely successful and respect worthy. 

Today is the day we can never get back, so let us salute it, love it make the most of it and never let the demons inside you get in the way because it is all going to be worth it !

The Art of Forgiveness

They say forgiveness is a tough cookie! Well, even if it is here’s why it is so important.

Forgiveness makes the soul happy. Not only for the person you are forgiving, but yourself too. It gives you freedom from within. Forgiveness is  a natural gift which is not something unusual.

So many of us waste our time and energy figuring out what happened in the past not focusing on what can be done in the present moment.

It’s really easy to get fixated on folks who have hurt us. Day by day we just dwell on it thinking of all the negative things that our folks have caused us and keep hurting ourselves and invite stress into our lives.

But we don’t realise that the minute we forgive someone, we are free. Free of negativity and free of that burden on our shoulders. It is simply satisfying. Forgiveness brings us peace of mind and frees us from corrosive anger.

So what is it that we are doing?

We are simply letting go of all the negative thoughts in our head and moving on from the past. We are preparing ourselves to let go of all ill feelings and anger towards a particular person or situation. In this way, we are freeing ourselves from the pain and negative thoughts in our head.

If forgiveness is a tough job for you here is what you need to know –

Firstly, Lay the Groundwork. Explore your anger. Ask yourselves questions like why are you getting angry, what has triggered your anger, what is it that keeps bothering you about this particular situation, is it a pattern and so on. Identify the reason. Journaling your thoughts is a great way to explore your anger and thoughts. This will help you to evaluate  your anger and what you can do about it on a daily basis.

Second is Go slow with forgiveness. Some people find it extremely hard to forgive and let go. Take your time in the process of forgiving else it is natural to feel pressured and then guilty in the long run. Set clear intentions on forgiving and accept that it might take time maybe a few weeks or months.One can practice powerful affirmations and also techniques like Ho’ponopono and Release Letters to release anger and pent up feelings.

The third important point that one needs to know is to live in the here and now. You may feel disappointed or upset about something that happened in the past, but what is distressing you at this time are the feelings, emotions and the physical reactions you are going through. Actively calming the body by a few deep breaths, affirmations, smelling an aromatic oil or just looking at a beautiful picture will make you feel better instantly.

The fourth and the last point is –the process of forgiveness should be about you and not the other person. The aim of forgiving someone or a situation is that you find peace and calm within yourself. You must feel calm peaceful and good from within with the act of forgiveness. This will free up your pent up energy into a peaceful one, remove grudges and invest that energy into more constructive purposes.

In conclusion, the art of forgiveness is a challenging yet a hugely freeing experience. One must learn to openly forgive, be compassionate and understand that in forgiveness lies huge benefits. One can evolve and greatly enhance their personality with this great deed of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is not a one time thing it is an evolution.. a process. If we deal with it with patience we will bloom into beautiful positive and easily forgiving people. Eventually we will realise that the feelings which are contained and grudges are about us and not the other person. That is when we know that one has learnt to forgive for good.
